Thank you so much for your interest! As of right now commissions are my main source of income, so I deeply appreciate your support! Every commission directly supports me and everything that I do, so thank you so much!
You can find the link to my portfolio on my main page if you wish to see examples of my work, the following is my terms of service, pricing and payment process information, refund information, as well as what to expect the process to look like when commissioning me!
By commissioning me you agree to and state your understanding to the following below, so please read thoroughly before reaching out. :]
Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures, banners, social media, etc. But it may not be used for profit. If you share it anywhere make sure to credit me @sirennrockI own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.I may work on commissions on my live streams unless requested in advance not to do so.Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise as I see fit.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects that make me uncomfortable or I simply will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. If you need something in a time crunch we can discuss rush fees. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.I offer nsfw commissions however for obvious reasons they are for those 18 and older only. I will ask for proof of age via ID before even discussing it with a client, showing them portfolio examples, etc. However I heavily encourage you to censor and blur everything except for your date of birth. I would never ask for personal information beyond that. If that’s something you’re interested in and want to hear more about I’d love to discuss with you!
PRICING
All of my commissions are fully rendered and finished and my prices are in CAD :)Headshot/Icon: $50
Half body: $75
Full body: $100
Painted illustration: $200
Reference sheet: $350
Veotube pngtuber model art: $100
Pngtube remix model art: $200
Vtuber model art half body: $300
Vtuber model art full body: $500Extra characters come at an extra cost, example - If you want a headshot with two characters, it would then be $100 as the base price as it’s $50 for one character.Changes in the sketch phase are free, and changes past the flat color stage beyond small color tweaks come at a cost of $10 per alteration.
Payment & Refunds
All payments must be done via paypal and payment must be upfront.
I offer full refunds up until I finish the sketch and get the green light to move on from the client, from then on a 50% refund is available until I finish the flat color stage. However, please understand that paypal can take up to 5% of payments due to transaction fees, so some may be lost to paypal from the payment going to me, then back to a client.
What The Process Looks Like
So let’s say you’ve decided to get a commission from me! Then what happens? First, you reach out to me via discord @sirennrock or my email @[email protected]. Please understand that reaching out via email may take a considerable more amount of time for me to notice your email, Discord is deeply preferred, however I understand that not everyone has discord so this is my alternative. :]Once you reach out, we will discuss what you’re looking for! I offer free quotes with no expectations or immediate commitment required, we will figure out exactly what you want visually, I get provided visual references, etc! If we discuss what the cost for your commission would look like and you decide to change your mind for any reason at all, that is completely ok! Art is a luxury item and I encourage my potential clients to think about it as you would before buying any non-necessity product. But if all is good to go, then hooray it’s go time!I would then send my paypal link, and once receiving the payment I would then start out with rough concept sketches! I check in at several different stages before moving forward, once the concepts are approved by you, then I move to the clean sketch, then line art if it applies to the type of commission you are receiving, then color, base shading, and finally the final rendering and last touches! I check in at each stage to get the progress approved before moving on, but if you request more frequent check ins, I can provide that as well!Once all is done I’d reach out for the final look over, and if all looks good then we’re all done! I can email the piece to you for higher quality, and then you’re all set!
